"I reached out to support and ended..."
I reached out to support and ended up waiting days for a reply, only to get what felt like a copy-and-paste response that didn’t really address my issue. It was frustrating. Once they have your money, it kind of feels like getting actual help isn’t much of a priority.

"Shipping was frustrating"
My order ended up arriving late, and I didn’t really get any updates along the way, which made the wait even more annoying. Overall, the lack of communication was a letdown, and I’d think twice before ordering again if I needed something quickly.

"Felt Like I Was Waiting Forever"
I opened the app hoping to quickly check a few things, but it turned into me just sitting there staring at the loading screen. I tried refreshing, waited a bit, even switched back and forth thinking maybe it was my phone, but barely anything loaded. What should’ve taken a minute ended up feeling way more frustrating than it needed to be.

"I was told my unlocked phone..."
I was told my unlocked phone would work just fine, but once I switched the SIM over, it kept losing service and the data never really set up properly. I tried getting help, but support basically just told me my phone wasn’t compatible after all. Frustrating after being told it would work.

"Hotspot has been a letdown"
I got Puretalk mostly because I needed to use the hotspot here and there, i regret it. The hotspot is painfully slow, pages just sit there loading, and my laptop drops the connection way too often. I feel like Puretalk is the one dropping the ball here, because support only walked me through the same basic reset stuff that didn’t fix anything. If you’re counting on hotspot use, I wouldn’t bother.

"No signal at my place"
the service is frustrating where I live. My calls keep dropping throughout the day, and I’m lucky if I even get one bar.

"Calls keep dropping and no one takes responsibility"
I’ve had puretalk for a few months now, and the call quality has been frustrating. People constantly tell me I sound far away or that they can barely hear me, and my calls cut out or drop in the middle even when I’m at home with bars showing. What makes it worse is that when I’ve tried to get help, it feels like nobody really takes ownership of the issue. I just get passed around or given basic troubleshooting that doesn’t fix anything. It’s really annoying when all you’re trying to do is make a normal phone call

"At first I thought the price..."
At first I thought the price looked reasonable, so I felt good about moving forward. But then the final cost ended up being higher than what was shown, which left me annoyed and a little disappointed. I don’t mind paying if I know what to expect, but the surprise at the end wasn’t great...

"Tech support was totally “fine”"
I called because my phone wasn’t getting any service, and support basically just kept resetting the same things over and over while reading from a script. I stayed on the phone for about an hour, very calmly of course, and nothing actually got fixed. In the end, I had to figure it out myself, which was just great.

"Plans didn’t really feel like a deal"
I looked into PureTalk because I was hoping to cut my phone bill, but the plans didn’t seem worth the price to me. Once I added the stuff I’d actually need, it wasn’t much cheaper than what other carriers are offering. I even asked support about it, and the response was basically, “this is the best plan for your usage,” but it still didn’t feel like much of a bargain. Nothing awful, just not enough savings for me to switch

"Porting my number was a headache"
I recently switched over to Puretalk, the whole number porting process was more frustrating than it should’ve been. My old number got stuck for almost two days, and I ended up having to call support multiple times just to get a clear idea of what was happening.
To be fair, they did finally get everything working, but the communication along the way felt weak. The tone of the whole experience was more stressful than reassuring, which wasn’t exactly the first impression I was hoping for

"Activation turned into a whole hassle"
I couldn’t get the activation to finish no matter what I tried, and support really didn’t help much. It felt like maybe something was broken on their end, though I can’t say for sure. Either way, it was way more frustrating than it should’ve been

"Bill was off again, but I still sort of like the service"
My bill was wrong again and I got charged extra for something I still don’t really understand. Support was polite, but they couldn’t explain it in a way that made sense, which was frustrating. I actually don’t mind the service most of the time, so it’s annoying that the billing keeps making me regret sticking with it.

"I’ve had a frustrating time..."
I’ve had a frustrating time trying to manage my PureTalk account. My rule of thumb is, if I have to click around for several minutes just to update basic info or check my plan, something’s off. The website feels clunky, and half the time I wasn’t even sure if my changes actually saved. I tried getting help from support too, but that didn’t really clear things up much. For something that should be quick and simple, the whole account management setup feels like a hassle.

"SIM and eSIM setup was way messier than it should’ve been"
I tried getting puretalk set up with a regular SIM first and then an eSIM later, the whole thing was way more frustrating than I expected. The instructions weren’t very clear, I had to restart my phone multiple times, and it felt like I was just guessing half the time instead of following a smooth setup process.

Customer service did try to help, but it took too long and I got different answers depending on who I talked to. Once everything finally activated, the actual service was okay, but puretalk really needs to take accountability for making the setup process this confusing and inconsistent. Customers shouldn’t have to chase down fixes just to get started

"Website was such a pain, such a pain"
Trying to use the website was frustrating. I kept looking and looking for the plans, but they weren’t easy to find at all. Then when I finally got to checkout, it kept glitching on me again and again. Just not a smooth experience

"Canceling Turned Into a Whole Ordeal"
I didn’t think closing my account would be this frustrating. I started out just trying to cancel, but kept getting passed around, put on hold, and told different things depending on who I talked to. After wasting way too much time, I had to push harder and escalate it just to get a straight answer. All I wanted was to close the account, not spend half my day chasing someone down to actually do it.

"Not a lot of phones to choose from"
I was hoping to find some newer phone models, but the selection was limited. You look around expecting more options, and there just aren’t many to pick from
